    Description:   1 Of 2 different. These web press test plate notes were printed by the Security Columbian-Banknote Co., see U.S. Essay, Proof and Specimen Notes pages 243-44, second edition by Gene Hessler. This note includes a portrait of Abraham Lincoln at left, a keystone symbol at center, and a factory vignette at right. Die number 16804 at top center and "Non-transferable" printed at bottom center followed by a "nonsense" obligation clause. Also has the number 4 at left edge. It measures 2 3/4" x 6" and is in near mint and crisp condition. Heritage auctions sold one in 2019 for 0.00 but I am listing this one with no reserve so some collector can get it. Combine with others I am listing to save on shipping costs.
