    Scarce Newspaper Cut-out of an oversized One Dollar Bill with the photo of George Washington replaced by Jimmy Carter.
    Over Sized at:  8 1/2" x 3 5/8"
    Dated 1978 due to copyright of the MacNelly cartoon on back (see last photo).
    It is unknown which newspaper this novelty/fantasy note came from, but the note does have the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia on the seal, so that could be a clue.  This bill is not legal tender and is on newsprint.
    This is the ONLY copy I have ever seen of this very unusual Presidential note, so don't miss your one and only chance to obtain it!
