    BEP Souvenir Card B184 issued for the International Paper Money Show 1994, held in Memphis, Tennessee. This card is p
    art of the Bureau's "Unfinished Masterpieces" theme for the 1994 fiscal year.  The card shows the front of a proposed  Federal Reserve Note, Series 1923.  The planned note was to feature a portrait of Andrew Jackson.  The back of the card contains descriptive text.  The card has been cancelled at the BEP Visitors Center in Washington, DC on its First Day of Sale.
    The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (B.E.P.) and the American Bank Note Co (ABNCo) no longer issue Souvenir Cards for numismatic events as they once did. and they can now only be acquired on the secondary market. They are perfect for framing, or to be given as wonderful gifts.
