    "Victory" Vignette
    This is a commemorative Souvenir Card by the Federal Managers Association (FMA) The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) chapter 216.
    For a number of years they would issue Intaglio prints as a fund raiser and specimen of their work at the BEP. In addition to the nations money, they print many other documents and prints.
    This one was done in 2002 and first issued at the IPMS show in Memphis. It was also sold via mail order from the chapter. Only 1000 cards were printed and each card was numbered, but not dated. This one is especially beautiful with its fancy borders and vignette of "Victory" as the central theme. The card measures 7" X 9" and is in superior condition.
