    Bureau of Engraving and Printing Souvenir Card, B165, Florida United Numismatists - FUN, January 7, 1993, Orlando, Florida. "The back of the ,000 Treasury/Coin Note of 1890 is known for its ornately engraved designed. The interesting shape of the zeros resulted in the popular name of 'Watermelon Note.'...legislation specified that the notes be issued to pay for silver bullion purchased by the Treasury, and that they be payable 'in coin'... Silver sellers were able, with the cooperation of Treasury officials, to turn in their bullion at artificially high prices, receive the Coin Notes in payment, and redeem them immediately for gold coin at a high profit."  Card is Mint and measures 10" x 8".
