DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We use USPS, UPS & Fedex for shipping. Most of our items are shipped via USPS. Items are shipped with tracking & insured. The tracking information will be given to buyer once item has been shipped. All items are shipped within 5 days of cleared payment. This excludes weekends & holidays, as we are closed during this time.
Listed domestic shipping charges do NOT include Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and/or any other
non-contingent USA locations. These locations MUST request a shipping quote PRIOR to purchase of an item.
Listed S&H charges are for the 48 continental USA states that we currently ONLY ship items to. ANY & ALL other locations MUST CONTACT PRIOR TO PURCHASE FOR SHIPPING QUOTE. This includes Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico as well as any other US location that is NOT within the main 48 USA states. RETURNS:
Please contact us PRIOR to shipping item back for a return. We accept returns within 30 days from date of item being delivered.  Any returned items MUST be in original packaging and/or have the tag/s still attached to the item.  Refunds are NOT paid until item/s being returned have been received by us. Buyer pays return shipping.
