    Description

    Printed by the International Plate Printers, Die Stampers and Engravers Union of North America in 1979.  Purpose was to raise funds for the family of a deceased member of the Union.  Only 2500 copies were printed, and it is listed as Forerunner card #F1979B on the Souvenir Collectors Club numbering list. Beautiful engraved vignette of "Liberty Rising". Shipping only within the U.S.
