9 1/2” long with handle x 9 1/4” across ~ 2” deep
A rare and fine Crown Derby porcelain dish molded with a shell shaped handle and lavishly painted in the Kings Imari pattern and richly gilded.
Marked with the red Crown Derby mark and an open C beneath, indexed on royalcrownderby.co.uk/trademarks as the stamp for the year 1884.
There is also an impressed DERBY mark and a hand painted No. 1 beneath.
I have an identical dish listed, both in excellent, unused condition retaining 98% of all their gilding. I would happy to combine shipping if you buy the pair.
