Framed / Matted Departing Gift Naval Air Station Meridian Mississippi

Description

The recipient of this signed "plaque" was leaving his job at Meridian Naval Air Station and moving to Florida.  He was leaving to work at the Family Housing Management Institute in Jacksonville, FL.  I am unsure of the date this was given as it came from an estate.  Please note:  there is some staining on the inside of the glass, but I did not want to take it apart to clean.  The matting also shows some wear/staining from storage with previous owner.  It measures 21" x 17".  I believe he went by the nickname "Buck".  Let me know if you have any questions.
