Slot Machine Simulation, Unknown Maker, LAS VEGAS name, Not a Gaming Device

This is a TOY Slot Machine.
It is labeled LAS VEGAS and says:
NOT A GAMING DEVICE Jackpot Drops on (see picture 9).
No coin necessary to pull handle.
The wheels do not spin or stop properly.
The Front is metal (not magnetic), and the sides, back and base are wood and wood veneer.
I do not know if it matters what denomination coin is put into the slot.
There is also a slot the the wood top, the purpose is unknown to me.
Two screws on the back and remove the handle should allow opening.
