    I bought these about 5 years ago and I am still happy with them. I was in construction for 35 years and when you need to know the size of something under 12" of muddy water send these down there . After you pull them out of the mud use your Stanly tape to read the distance, After all we don't measure 6" water pipes in the thousandths do we .

    I also own lots of equipment and if I need to know the size of a cylinder driveline or bushings up under a greasy tractor that is not working these get sent outside and take a lot of abuse . And they are still riding around on the dashboard of my truck.

    This tool is well worth the money, tools hold where set and seem to be accurate.

    I bought this to help in determining depth and thickness when turning wood items on my lathe. Definitely meets my needs without breaking the bank.

    These are great to measure rough steel work that does not need to be to the .0001". They worked great on my trailer to get the bolt circles correct.
