Vintage Calculator Hewlett Packard HP 32E Scientific - works w/ condition issue

include charger.  The original battery pack "frame" is included with a pair of AA batteries to operate it with.
I have converted it to AA battery system using the original rechargeable battery frame.  You must use the metal battery frame provided in order for AA batteries to work.  You will get the battery frame and two AA batteries with purchase.  You will also get the original plastic battery clip but if you install the clip, the frame will not fit - it is designed for the original rechargeable battery length (which are flat on both ends - no positive nipple).
The original rechargeable batteries were corroded and the battery prongs are missing (broken off).  I have built and installed replacement battery prongs for use with AA batteries.  The prongs I built and installed are removable with a little help, so if you intend to properly repair it you can slip them out with a flat screwdriver.  Any AA batteries will work in this calculator the way I have converted it.  If you choose to use rechargeable AA batteries it would be best to remove them for charging offboard.  Do not plug an original charger into this calculator with AA batteries in it.  Replacement rechargeable battery packs are available on eBay from other vendors.  If you choose to try a rechargeable battery pack intended for this calculator, I cannot guarantee the battery prongs I have installed will make connection properly.
So keep in mind this rare hard to find calculator functions with a removable modification.  But because of the condition issues I am not giving you a warranty.  You buy it, it is yours as-is whether you use it as I have modified it or not.
