"VPI #100 Epoxy Adhesive is intended specifically for installation of VPI rubber flooring or for VPI PRT solid vinyl tile. It is to be used for porous or non-porous surfaces below grade or for areas which will be subjectd to severe or heavy traffcic, abnormal amounts of water, cleaning solutions or chemical spillage. Do not use this adhesive to install flooring if hydrostatic pressure or excessive moisture or alkali is present or anticipated in the subfloor. Moisture emission from sub-floor cannot exceed 5 pounds per 1,000 square feet per 24 hours and the sub-floor must have a pH of 7. Relative humidity should not be greater than 75% at least 24 hours prior to and during installation."
